Flosie has had a great start in life. She has been brought on completely by a 15yo girl and has attended all pony club rallies with Sligo Hunt Pony Club. She’s done arena eventing and loads of training shows. She has done inter-schools teams sj , beach ride outs and ridden Connemara classes where she cantered around happily with the 35 others in her class and behaved impeccably.
She is the sweetest pony who is so eager to please, genuinely loves to jump and has tonnes of scope. She is happily popping round an 80 and is now ready to move up to 90/1m.
She is by Loughmór Macdara Óg and her damsire is Robe Thunder Dun.
She qualified for the pony club championships in Barnadown this year and she did so well! in the novice combined training at the qualifiers, she got 83.5% dressage and a clear round sj. She also qualified in the pure dressage and was so well behaved and did a lovely test getting 66% at the championships in a novice test.
She has just completed a week of residential pony club camp in the senior ride and didn’t put a foot wrong. She is a star to hack alone and in company, isn’t fazed by any traffic and even goes swimming in the lake. She loves Banks, ditches, etc.
This pony has not been rushed or over-faced and has a wonderful ‘can do’ attitude to life. She is safe, sane and sensible and would be a super 2nd or 3rd pony but would suit a fairly confident rider due to her age.
This pony has such a lovely nature.
