Super over height Connemara.
Nevins star aka Jeff is a beautiful 5 yr old, 15.1 hands (155cm) full Connemara gelding. Sire is Nevins Ranger, dam is Dolly Parton and sire of dam is Village King.
Jeff has the most amazing temperament and is loved by all in the yard. He is used to a busy yard environment and loves attention from everyone. He is handled by small children on a daily basis and is very gentle with them.
Jeff rides lovely on the flat with 3 balanced paces, excellent transitions and rides in a lovely soft shape all the time. He rides in a snaffle all the time and is very easy off the leg. Jeff has been produced by a professional so has no bad habits but is ridden often by novice riders and children.
Jeff has done some showjumping this summer accumulating 11 points. He is currently jumping 90/ meters. Will jump fillers, water trays and is never spooky in the ring.
Jeff has also hunted with the Stonehall harries, has hunter trialed and competed in the TIHA performance championships in Mullingar. He is steady and brave while staying careful to mind his rider.
Jeff is excellent to shoe, box( will travel in the truck, horsebox, on his own or with others) and clip. He is used to machinery, traffic and will hack alone or in company. Overall he is a very easy horse to have in the yard with a super attitude and will to please.
