Peter is by the prolific sire Luidam and out of a Touchdown mare. He is 60.45% blood.
He is currently competing at 110cm showjumping and Eventing at EI110 (Novice/2*)
Cross country is Peters forte and he absolutely loves it. He has never had a cross country stop or run out and looks for the flags.
He will give confidence to any rider and forgive a less competent riders mistakes.
Peter is a low maintenance horse, he will happily live in or out and doesn’t need to ridden everyday. He doesn’t get fresh or silly and never bucks, rears or misbehaves.
Peter is ridden and handled the majority of the time at home by our 14 year old son who happily takes him out hacking or rides him in the school without issue or worry. He is unfazed by the heaviest of traffic and will happily hack alone or in company and go first or last.
We have owned Peter for three and a half years and we bought him directly from our friends who bred him so his full history is known.
Peter is currently in and competition fit. He’s never had a days lameness or had any past injuries and is never sick or sorry.
He is an exciting U18/JNR horse and would be suited to someone coming off ponies or a mother/child share.
Although Peter is currently competing at 110 SJ and Eventing (Novice/2*) and would happily continue at this level or upwards he would be just as content to drop down the levels to show a less experienced rider the ropes and then bring them up through the grades.
