Champion is a rising 4 year old purebred Connemara dun gelding, standing just under 15hh with more to grow!
This is as smashing gelding with scope to die for, he is bred to success and he knows it!
Champion is a future champion, in every discipline!
He has a fantastic jump, jumping here up to 1.10m with scope to jump higher in the future, he loose jumps over 1.20m with ease, he is super scopey with great technique and a fantastic hind end.
This boy wants to please and is keen to jump, always willing, looking for the next obstacle but never strong or silly, he is ridden here in a snaffle at all times, has a great work ethic and always tries his best.
He loves jumping and cross country, he takes everything in his stride, he is brave and honest.
He should maker a super jumper or eventer.
Champion has three fantastic gates, he has a super trot and a great uphill canter, he is comfortable to ride and rides in a soft outline.
He has endless potential and possibilities, he is a smashing Connemara, hard to find.
Champion is not only a performance pony, he is also easy to hack out, alone or in company, he is good in traffic, he should be suitable for mother daughter share and novice, he is willing to please and easy to ride.
He is easy to shoe, box, catch, ride and he knows all kind of farm machinery.
He is a purebred Connemara pony with full recorded breeding. His Sire is Lakeside Tim, a gorgeous class 1 dun Connemara stallion, winner of many showing classes. He is a son of the amazing Caherlistrane Bay. The bay stallion out of Sky Glen by Mervyn Kingsmill is described as a stallion stamping his offspring good looks, movement and a lovely temperament, his progeny are reportedly successful athletes.
His Damsire is Glendine Kestrel who’s a son of Innelan Kestrel. His foals fulfilled all the expectations, they are very typical Connemaras and good movers.
