2016 six- year-old World Champion, Killossery Kaiden (ISH), will sell at Goresbridge Supreme Sale of Showjumpers 14th & 15th November 2016
The Goresbridge Supreme Sale of Showjumpers takes place on 14th and 15th September at Barnadown Showjumping in Gorey, County Wexford, with the Gala Auction to be held on the evening of the 15th September at the nearby Amber Springs Hotel & Spa.
The sale includes this year’s Gold medal winner of the six-year-old final at the FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken, Belgium.
The Irish Sport Horse, Killossery Kaiden, produced the only double clear round in the six-year-old final to claim the coveted winner’s trophy. Killossery Kaiden, ridden by Kilkenny’s Ger O’Neil, competed against 264 six-year-old horses from around the globe over three days of competition.
Other notable results for Killossery Kaiden this year include being crowned six-year-old league winner of the Irish Sport Horse Studbook Showjumping Series and a top 10 placing in the final of the Irish Breeders Classic Championship in September of this year. Killossery Kaiden also competed in the six-year-old “Cruising” National Championships at the Royal Dublin Horse show, this year.
Killossery Kaiden (ISH) is by Lux Z (HANN) and out of Killossery Kruisette (ISH), by Cruising (ISH). Killossery Kruisette competed up to Nations Cup level with former Irish Army Equitation School rider Capt. David O’Brien. Bred by Laura & Frank Glynn, County Dublin, Killossery Kaiden is currently owned by KM Sport Horses. Killossery Kruissette has already produced a number of promising young performers including FTS Killossery Kusokurae, competed by Nicloa Fitzgibbon, and Killossery Kuidam, ridden by Sophie Richards.
